“My advice for WIL members would be to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone! It is a great way to grow! Each time I joined a new organization or applied to a new position, I was unsure of where those opportunities would take me, but I have grown and learned so much with each experience. Also, know your support system! The friends, co-workers, and board members who have supported me give me reassurance and strength when I need them!"
